Patti Collins has over 30 years of government contract administration in Federal Agencies, State and Local Governments, and commercial entities. She is currently the Vice President of Contracts of GDIT's Federal Civilian Division. Patti received her Accounting Degree from the University of Maryland and MBA, Contract Acquisition from American Graduate University. Patti also holds her CPCM and CFCM certifications with NCMA. Patti was a member of the NCMA Bethesda/Medical Chapter where she was the Treasurer prior to joining the NCMA Frederick Chapter.
Alesha Subasic has an extensive background in Subcontracts, Procurement and Vendor Management with over 25 years of experience. She currently is a Senior Subcontract Administrator at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting the Navy Marine Corp program. Alesha holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Business Administration with a minor in Supply Chain Management from University of Maryland Global Campus. Additionally, Alesha is the President of the Ladies Auxiliary at the American Legion in Thurmont, MD, Post 168 and a member of the Amvets Ladies Auxiliary also located in Thurmont, Maryland.
Dawn Albertini holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University, with a Post Baccalaureate Certification in Government Contracting. Currently employed by Department of Defense (DoD), as a FAC-C Level III Sr. Contract Specialist with 12 years of contracting experience, working Research and Development (R&D), Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Contracts. She also worked in the private sector in accounting for 21 years. Additionally, Dawn has an extensive volunteer background, as an Auxiliary Police Officer with Frederick City Police Department, she holds a First Director position with the Libertytown Unionville Lions Club, volunteers at the Great Frederick Fair and with the American Red Cross when she finds additional time. For fun, she plays co-ed ice hockey with the Mid-Maryland Hockey Club and has traveled as far-away as Iceland to play with her travel team.
Elisa McCoy has a well-rounded resume with extensive experience in U.S. Federal Government contracts/subcontracts. She is a Senior Subcontracts Administrator at Booz Allen Hamilton, and has a lead role in supporting the SeaPort-NxG MAC contract vehicle relative to the subcontracts management. This responsibility aligns with Elisa’s role in supporting proposals and contracts for the U.S. Marine Corp and U.S. Department of Navy. She has represented Booz Allen at the Government Procurement Conferences and several NAVSEA Small Business Conferences. Elisa is the Ambassador Coordinator for Sleep in Heavenly Peace (MD-Frederick Co.) where their motto is, "No Kiddo Sleeps on the Floor in My Town!"
